Pupil & School Leadership

Providing pupils with leadership responsibilities is important as it helps them develop confidence, independence and a sense of responsibility. Leadership roles encourage pupils to model positive behaviour, work collaboratively with others and contribute to the wider school community. By taking on these roles, pupils develop key life skills such as communication, problem-solving and empathy, while learning that their voice and actions can make a positive difference.
